Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients:

• 1.5 cl (0.44 oz) Gin
• 1.5 cl (0.44 oz) Vodka
• 3 cl (0.89 oz) Syrup, Gomme
• 1.5 cl (0.44 oz) Tequila
• 1 dash (0.09 cl/0.03 oz) Cola
• 2.5 cl (0.74 oz) Lemon Juice
• 1.5 cl (0.44 oz) Cointreau (Liqueur, orange)
• 1.5 cl (0.44 oz) Rum, white/light

Recipe instructions for a Long Island Iced Tea:
To make a classic Long Island Iced Tea cocktail, a summer time favorite, add the gin, vodka, sugar syrup, tequila, cola, lemon juice, rum and light rum into highball glass filled with ice, and stir gently. Garnish with lemon spiral, and serve with straw.
